The prices are set according to the size, location, facilities and VB award for the
property.
We have three categories of prices (Low, Mid and High Season)

The prices are fully inclusive per week and include a welcome pack of basic grocery items, a bottle of wine and chocolates. A copy of ‘The Westmorland Gazette’, toiletries to take home or use, one parking space per apartment and all rates. For one week holidays the price is based on the date band in which the holiday starts. For two week holidays or longer prices are based on the date band in which each week starts.
Please note our prices can change from time to time. The price quoted at the time of the booking is the price you will pay even if we decide to increase/ decrease the price of the holiday in the meantime. We reserve the right to ask for a good housekeeping deposit for any booking, this will be returned on departure provided all booking conditions are met.
short breaks:
Short breaks can be taken during low and mid seasons (high season at the discretion of the manager). Short breaks can be taken for a minimum of three nights. Short break pricing is straightforward. It is based on the full week price in which the break begins (see tariff table PDF.) Take that figure divide by seven and multiply by the number of nights required, plus a supplement – see apartment tariff PDF for details.
Christmas and New Year bookings:
Bookings for Christmas and New Year can be made in advance for durations of a week or more.
changeover days:
Our changeover days are normally Fridays and Mondays, however we have found increasing popularity with mid-week breaks, wherever possible we can try to accommodate your requirements.

Payments can be made by cheque made payable to ‘Kendal Hideaways' or bank transfer (please enquire for further details) International bank transfers are also possible but your bank may charge you a fee.
